West Valley City, Utah - For the first time in five games the Utah Grizzlies scored first in a game. However, it was Idaho who scored four of the game's final six goals in a 4-3 E-Center victory versus Utah Monday night.

Jeff Miles gave Utah a 1-0 lead less than two minutes in on his 12th goal of the year. The Steelheads came back at the 14:54 mark to even the score at one.

In the second, Idaho took a 2-1 lead 3:18 into the period. Utah responded just twelve seconds later with West Valley native D.J. Jelitto scoring his third goal of the season and his third in the last four games. Idaho reclaimed the lead at 14:06 of the frame with former Grizzlies forward Justin Cox scoring his sixth goal of the year.

The Steelheads added a power-play goal in the third to go up 4-2. In the final minute, Utah made things interesting with Matt Craig scoring a power-play goal with an extra attacker, cutting the deficit to 4-3, which would be the final score.

The Grizzlies allowed Idaho a season-high 40 shots on netminder, Alfie Michaud.

The two teams will do battle again Tuesday at the E-Center, face-off is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
