Where we are
The Condors (29-23-5, 63 points) are nine points behind 2nd-place Long Beach Ice Dogs. Bakersfield has played two fewer games than Long Beach with two head-to-head games remaining. The San Diego Gulls (28-26-5, 61 pts) trail Bakersfield by two points in the Pacific Division. The Condors can clinch a Kelly Cup Playoff spot with either a win or a Stockton Thunder loss. Bakersfield's "Magic Number" to clinch is currently two: any combination of two points, either won by the Condors or lost by Stockton, locks Bakersfield into a post-season berth.
