The Lynx and Checkers can still affect each other's finish in the playoff picture of the ECHL's American Conference Southern Division. Week In Review Wednesday, March 8 - Augusta Lynx 1 vs. Pensacola Ice Pilots 4

Sunday, March 12 - Augusta Lynx 4 vs. Pensacola Ice Pilots 5 (SO)

A disappointing week against the Ice Pilots for Augusta saw them get just a single point in two games, coming from behind on Sunday afternoon with a Nicolas Corbeil goal just 44 seconds before the end of regulation to force overtime. A scoreless OT moved to a shootout, where the Ice Pilots scored on three of four attempts while Augusta could not convert on their three tries.

Friday, March 10 - Augusta Lynx 1 @ Greenville Grrrowl 3 Saturday, March 11 - Augusta Lynx 3 @ Greenville Grrrowl 2

The Lynx got their only win of the week on Saturday in the second of back-to-back games against the Grrrowl in Greenville. Jay Latulippe (1-1-2) and Chris Leinweber each chipped in first period power play goals, while Brian Passmore scored the game winner in the middle frame on an unassisted shorthanded marker. From there, the Grrrowl managed a pair of goals but could not even the score. Jason Wolfe stopped 28 of 30 shots in the win for Augsuta.
