Daubenspeck Recalled To Hershey
South Carolina Stingrays Head Coach Jason Fitzsimmons announced today that goaltender Kirk Daubenspeck has been recalled by the Hershey Bears of the AHL. Daubenspeck was sent down to the Rays last week and saw time in two games. The veteran beat Pensacola on Friday and Saturday night and allowed just one goal against in each game.
"Kirk did a fantastic job for us in the two games that he played," said Fitzsimmons. "Hopefully he can carry that momentum back up to the American League and finish the year strong with the Bears."
