Trenton up and down over busy week

February 21, 2005 - ECHL (ECHL)
Trenton Devils News Release

TRENTON, NJ - The Trenton Titans went 2-3-0 over their busiest week of play during the 2004-05 season.

In the rematch of their game postponed on January 22, the Titans fell to the Reading Royals 4-1 on Tuesday. The Toledo Storm handed Trenton their second loss in a row, 7-5, on Wednesday, but the Titans would gain revenge by defeating the Storm on Friday 4-2. Trenton built on its winning ways with a 3-2 shootout victory over the Reading Royals on Saturday. They could not complete the weekend sweep, however, as the Johnstown Chiefs eked out the win on Sunday, 3-2

Trenton will take the ice early in the morning for their School Day Game against the Dayton Bombers on Wednesday at 10:30am. The Titans play their second consecutive weekend of three games in three days as they travel to Wheeling on Friday, return home to face Dayton on Saturday and then hit the road for Johnstown on Sunday.

The Trenton Titans are in fifth place in the North Division trailing the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies by one point.
