Today's Game Postponed in Quad Cities

Beloit, WI - The Beloit Snappers have been postponed for the second straight day, this time in Quad Cities. The Snappers were set to open up a 3-game road series in Davenport, Iowa, but unfortunately, mother nature had other plans.
With today's rainout the Snappers have been postponed two straight days, as the Snappers were postponed yesterday in Kane County due to rain. Today's game will be made up as part of a doubleheader tomorrow with first pitch of Game 1 scheduled for 5:35 P.M. and the second game to follow after.
After this brief trip to Quad Cities, the Snappers will return home on Friday to open up a 6-game homestand. The homestand will feature Milton East Elementary Family Night and the first fireworks show of the year on Saturday, June 1. The Beloit Snappers are a member of the Midwest League and have been the Single-A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics.
