Quad Cities River Bandits News Release
The Quad Cities River Bandits, in conjunction with the Houston Astros, have announced the following changes to their roster on Tuesday. Outfielder Carlos Machado has been transferred from extended spring training to Quad Cities. Outfielder Jonathan Lacroix has been placed on the 7-day injured list.
Addition:
OF Carlos Machado transferred from extended spring training to Quad Cities
Subtraction:
OF Jonathan Lacroix placed on the 7-day injured list
Machado played in two games, May 7 and May 8, with the River Bandits against Lansing in Iowa City. He went 3-8 with two runs batted in during those games before heading back to extended spring training.
Machado has been assigned #17. The active roster remains at the 25-player limit.
