Stripers, Memphis Redbirds Suspended on Friday

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Tonight's game between the Gwinnett Stripers and Memphis Redbirds at Coolray Field has been suspended due to a lighting malfunction. The game was halted with the Stripers trailing 2-0 in the bottom of the fourth inning.

The game will be resumed at 4:05 p.m. on Saturday, September 4 and played to nine-inning completion. Following a 30-minute break, the Stripers and Redbirds will play a seven-inning contest.

The Austin Riley "Bow-Hunting" Bobblehead Giveaway (presented by Academy Sports + Outdoor) will be distributed to the first 2,500 fans when the gates open at 3:30 p.m. Tickets for September 4 will include entry to both games.
