STORM NOTES
- First Place Again! With yet another 3-1-0 week, the Toledo Storm has finally caught the Reading Royals for first place in the ECHL North. Kelly Cup Playoff Packages are now available! Contact the Hockey Office at 419-691-0200 for more information!
- High Water Mark! With the 3-1-0 week, Toledo has improved its record to a season high 18 games above .500. The last time a Storm team was this far above .500 was in the 2002-03 season when that team finished the season 47-15-10.
- Shoot Them Down! Toledo has gone 24 consecutive games in which they have out shot an opponent. The last time Toledo did not out shoot an opponent was February 4th in a 1-4 loss at Trenton. In the 24 games, the Storm has sent 949 shots on goal, an average of 39.5 per game. During the same stretch, the Storm has allowed just 650 shots on Storm goaltenders (average of 27.08).
- Power Play! Toledo's PP connected twice-in nine opportunities Sunday against Reading. For the season Toledo ranks 12th at 18.3% (76 goals in 415 chances). Toledo has had the most power play chances of any team in the ECHL. Idaho is second having 401 opportunities.
- Penalty Kill! Overall Toledo has stopped 301 of 359 power play chances against (83.8%) and ranks 7th in the ECHL. The Storm has stopped 167 of the last 192 PP chances against (86.9%).
STORM WATCH
- Storm Coach's Show! The Toledo Storm Coach's Show returns to the airways Tuesday night at 6pm inside the Oliver House. This week's edition of the coach's show will be missing the coaches, but Storm forwards Todd Jackson and Matt Schmidt will join the voice of the Storm Matt Melzak. The show can be heard live on Dominion 1520 JAMZ.
- The Week Ahead! This is the first week in which Toledo has not played at least four games since the first week in February. This week starts on Friday night at home against the Dayton Bombers. Toledo is 5-4-1 against the Bombers this season. Dayton has taken the last 2 games against Toledo (1-0 on 2/19 and 5-3 on 2/22). Bracken Kearns has 9 goals and 4 assists in 10 games versus the Bombers this season. Saturday, All Faiths Night at the Sports Arena, features the Storm playing host to the Johnstown Chiefs. The Band New Method will be playing a post game concert following the game against the Chiefs! Toledo is 5-4-0 against the Chiefs, but Johnstown has taken the last 3 meetings (5-3 on 2/10, 1-0 on 2/24, and 2-0 on 3/18). However all of those games were played in Johnstown. Sunday afternoon, the Storm wraps up the weekend in Dayton.

Wednesday night.
- Ken Magowan is second in the ECHL with 15 power play goals.
- Jason Maleyko has 6 assists in his last 4 games and is third in the entire
ECHL with power play assists (26).
- Drew MacIntyre collected his second shutout of the season 4-0 on Friday
night.
- Mike Knight has an assist in 7 straight home games.
- Chris Blight has scored 6 game winning goals this season.

Jason was also a plus 4 for the week.
STORM GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK:
Drew MacIntyre (3-0-0, 0.99 GAA, 0.962 SVP)
Drew is second in the entire ECHL with his 2.10 GAA.
