- The Toledo Storm finished the week at 1-2-0, which leaves them with an overall record of 5-7-1. Toledo is eighth in the Northern Division.

- Rick Judson, Toledo's all-time leaders in points, netted his first goal of the season on Saturday. Rick is now just 10 goals shy of Andrew Williamson for the Storm all-time lead in goals.

- As a result of Saturday night's 2-1 overtime win in Reading, Toledo is now 4-0-1 in games that reach overtime and shootouts.

- Defenseman Paul Ballentyne scored 1:39 into overtime for Saturday night's game-winner. It was the second goal of the season for Paul, and his first goal since scoring in the first game of the season. Both of his goals have been game-winners this season.

- Toledo's 42 shots on goal Saturday night in Reading is a season high.

- The Storm's 2-0 loss at Trenton on Saturday marked the first time this season that Toledo has been held scoreless in a game.

- Morten Ask (4-4-8) and Nick Parillo (3-5-8) are tied for the team lead with 8 points apiece.

- Toledo's power play continues to struggle, now just 5 for 65 (7.9%) on the season.

- Toledo's Penalty kill is now 13th in the ECHL, killing off 56 of the 68 times shorthanded.

- Toledo is 3- 4-1 on the road this year.

- Toledo is 2-3-0 at home this season.

- Toledo returns home this weekend for 2 games. Friday night, the Dayton Bombers invade the Sports Arena. On Saturday, the Storm hosts the Wheeling Nailers.

- The Coaches Show is this Tuesday night at 8pm live at the Downtown Frickers, and can be heard on the Talk Station WCWA 1230.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK NOMINATION: Paul Ballentyne (1 goal - 1 assist = 2 points)

Paul was key in Friday night's overtime win for Toledo. He helped set-up Rick Judson's game-tying goal with 4:58 left in the third period, and then he netted the game-winner at 1:39 of overtime.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK NOMINATION: Drew MacIntyre (1-0-0, 0.97gaa, 0.974 save%)

Drew was terrific Friday night in Reading. After allowing a goal just :27 into the game, Drew stopped 38 straight shots from the Royals. He was dominant in the third period, where he saved all 20 of the shots he faced.
