Steelheads Select Sean Day 4th Overall

Mississauga, ON - The Mississauga Steelheads Hockey Club are proud to select 15-year old Sean Day of the Detroit Compuware with the 4th overall pick in the 2013 OHL Priority Selection.

A 6'02, 197lb defenceman, Sean scored 11 goals and 24 assists for 35 points in 63 games with an impressive plus-minus rating of plus-47. Day is the fourth player to be granted "exceptional player" status following Connor McDavid of the Toronto Marlboros, Aaron Ekblad of the Sun County Panthers, and John Tavares of the Marlboros.
