The Bridgeport Sound Tigers snapped their four game losing streak with two wins over the weekend against the Hershey Bears and the Norfolk Admirals.
SOUND TIGERS BEATEN BY BINGHAMTON
The Sound Tigers suffered their fourth straight loss in Binghamton to the Senators, 5-2. Senators' forward, Tyler Donati had three points against the Sound Tigers tallying the team's game-winning goal with just under five minutes to play in the second period.
SPECIALTY TEAMS HELP SOUND TIGERS SNAP SKID
The Sound Tigers scored one shorthand and three power-play goals to stop their four game losing streak and defeat the Hershey Bears by the score of 4-1 tonight in Hershey. Jeff Tambellini pitched in with a big game registering a point on each Sound Tiger goal.
A DAY OF FIRSTS HELPS SOUND TIGERS TO A 3-0 WIN
There isn't much that Bridgeport Sound Tigers' forward Pascal Morency will not do for his team. Early in the season, Morency did not play in the Sound Tigers' first three games but that never deterred his spirits. Since then, Morency has played in four games and in each match, he has left his mark whether it was a fight, big hit or getting under the skin of the opposing team. Tonight for the Sound Tigers he scored his first American Hockey League goal in the team's 3-0 victory over the Norfolk Admirals.
