
Sound Tigers To Hold Open House This Monday

BRIDGEPORT, CT â The American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, will hold an Open House at Bridgeport's Arena at Harbor Yard this Monday, October 11th from 10 a.m. until 12 noon. The event is open to the public free of charge.
Fans will have an opportunity to watch the team practice at 10 a.m. then step on the ice to take a shot on goal and sit on the team bench and in the penalty box. There will also be several Sound Tigers available for autographs following practice, and the Arena concession stands will be open and offering specials.
The Sound Tigers will play the last of their four preseason games when they host the Hartford Wolf Pack at the Rinks at Shelton tomorrow, Saturday, October 9th, at 7 p.m. They will open the 2004-05 season on Saturday, October 16th when they host the Albany River Rats at 7:05 p.m. at Bridgeport's Arena at Harbor Yard.
