Sound Tigers Sign McCormack to Ato

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - The Bridgeport Sound Tigers announced today that defenseman Graeme McCormack has been signed to an Amateur Tryout.

McCormack, 24, completed his college career with Bemidji State University last Sunday after appearing in 38 games for the Beavers, recording six goals and 16 assists for 22 points. In 136 games with Bemidji State, McCormack posted 11 goals and 40 assists to go along with 46 penalty minutes.

The Thunder Bay, Ontario native was named to the Western Collegiate Hockey Association All-Academic Team for the 2015-16 season. Prior to playing at Bemidji State, the 6-foot-1, 199-pound McCormack played three years in the British Columbia Hockey League with the Victoria Grizzlies and the Nanaimo Clippers.
