Royals Acquire Draft Picks in Trade with Rockets

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Royals today announced that they have acquired the Kelowna Rockets 12th round pick in the 2014 WHL Bantam Draft and a conditional draft pick in the 2015 WHL Bantam Draft. In return, the Royals have traded the rights of protected list player Brennan Clark to the Rockets.

Clark, a resident of Kelowna, BC has spent the past two seasons with the West Kelowna Warriors of the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL). In two years with the Warriors, the forward appeared in 90 games and has collected 39 points (21g-18a) and 48 penalty minutes. The 6'0", 190 lb Clark was originally selected by the Chilliwack Bruins in the seventh round, 139th Overall, in the 2010 WHL Bantam Draft.
