Peoria Civic Center Carver Arena, 10:05 a.m.
The Rampage take their first trip to Peoria this season to face the River- men in their first of three early school day games. The Rampage are 1-1 when playing Peoria after defeating them 4-1 in their last meeting.
Friday, Nov. 19 vs. Milwaukee Admirals
AT&T Center, 7:00 p.m.
Milwaukee begins a three-in-three series this weekend in San Antonio as the teams will meet for the first time this season. The Admirals trail San Antonio by four points in the West Division standings after sweeping the Lake Erie Monsters in their last two contests.
KISS ROCKS $1 DRINK NIGHT: Every Friday fans can get $1 draft beer and $1 fountain soda.
RAMPAGE ORNAMENTS: The Rampage wives will be selling Rampage ornaments at home games throughout the month of November and December. Proceeds from the ornament sales will benefit Faceoff Against Kids Cancer, a program that pairs Rampage players with children from the Centers for Oncology and Blood Disorders at Christus Santa Rosa, who are currently in either early stages of treatment for pediatric cancer or in remission.
CLIMIE-NG UP THE RANKINGS: Matt Climie recorded his second shutout of the season on Thursday night stopping all 30 Rockford shots he faced. He is 7-1-0 in his last eight games posting a 1.48 GAA and .954 save percentage. He ranks second in the league with a .939 save percentage through 11 games this season and his eight wins rank him third among all AHL netminders.
THRICE AS NICE: The Rampage offensive line of Alex Picard, Matt Beaudoin and Viktor Tikhonov have accounted for 30 percent of the Rampage's points in their last 11 games combining for 29 points (11 goals and 18 assists).
BIG MAC: Right wing Brett MacLean needs only two more goals to tie Rampage all-time leader Joel Perrault (60).
TOP NOTCH: The Rampage lead the Western Conference with 25 points and are tied for the top spot in the league with the Portland Pirates.
OFFENSIVE FLAIR: The Rampage have outscored their opponents 44-26 in their last 13 games. Their 3.29 goals per game average this season ranks them seventh in the league while their 2.43 goals against average ranks fourth in the AHL through 17 games .
ICE CHIPS: Al Montoya- G
Al Montoya is currently riding a two-game winning streak after making 32 saves on 35 shots he faced at Oklahoma City on Tuesday and stopping a season-high 36 of 38 IceHogs shots against Rockford on Friday.
Montoya recorded a 2.50 goals against average and a .931 save percentage this week in his two victories.
Last season, Montoya appeared in 14 games with the Rampage posting a 4-7-1 record, a .904 save percentage and a 2.65 goals against average. He was selected by the New York Rangers in the 1st round (6th overall) of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
