Rampage Sign Forward Austin Poganski to Amateur Tryout Contract

SAN ANTONIO - The San Antonio Rampage today announced that the club has signed forward Austin Poganski to an amateur tryout contract.

Poganski, 22, recently concluded his fourth season at the University of North Dakota. Serving as team captain, the 6-foot-2, 210-pound forward posted 20 points (11g/9a) and a +6 rating in 40 regular season games in 2017-18. Overall, he dressed in 162 career collegiate games, tallying 84 points (37g/47a) and a +33 rating. Poganski also guided North Dakota to the NCAA Championship during the 2015-16 season. A native of St. Cloud, Minn., Poganski was originally drafted by the St. Louis Blues in the fourth round of the 2014 NHL Draft (110th overall).

The Silver and Black begin a two-game series against the Stockton Heat on Friday, March 30 at 7:30 p.m. at the AT&T Center.
