Flames Recall Spencer Foo from Stockton

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Flames announced today that they have recalled forward Spencer Foo from the Stockton Heat of the American Hockey League.

Foo, a native of Edmonton, Alberta, was signed by the Calgary Flames this past offseason as a college free agent on July 27, 2017. The Union College product is having a strong first professional season with the Stockton Heat notching 20 goals and 17 assists for 37 points in 59 games. Foo is third on the Heat in scoring and second in goals just one behind Andrew Mangiapane (21). The 23-year-old scored his first professional hat-trick on December 6, 2017 in a 6-0 routing of the San Jose Barracuda.
