Pups-N-Pucks Returns

Wheeling Nailers News Release


Wheeling, WV - The Wheeling Nailers announced today that the 3rd annual Pup-N-Pucks will take place this Sunday afternoon March 21st at WesBanco Arena when the Nailers host the Toledo Walleye.

Any fan with a ticket to the game can get their dog into the game free of charge. There will be special seating for the dogs so any fan who would like to bring their dog should exchange their game ticket for a seat in the designated sections.

Fans bringing their dog to the game will be asked to follow the following rules:

- All dogs must enter the Arena through the back parking lot entrance.

- We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog.

- Registration forms must be completed before entering the Arena. The form is available at the Nailers office and will be available at the gate before the game.

- Must show proof of shots and lice nse.

- One dog per adult, please.

- All dogs MUST be on a leash at all times.

- Use good judgment regarding the temperament of your pet so that this event will be enjoyable for everyone. Do not bring your dog if he is unpredictable in crowds, with children, with other dogs, and/or with strangers.

- Do not bring a dog to the event that has bitten and/or that is aggressive, excessively vocal or fearful.

- Dogs and their owners will be restricted to a certain area within the Arena.

- Drinking water will be provided for your dog: Please do not allow your dog to drink from the Arena drinking fountains.

- Be courteous and responsible.

- Please promptly pick up after your pet.

- Please do not bring a dog that is ill, behaving abnormally, or in heat; please remove your pet from the premises if he becomes ill. Care and control of a pet while on Arena property is the sole responsibility of the dog owner.

The Nailers return home on Saturday March 20th to host the Kalamazoo Wings. This will be the final time this season for the Baby Blue jersey's. It is also Red Cross awareness night. Red Cross volunteers will be on hand to collect donations.
