Reign Adds Mullen, Teubert To Roster

ONTARIO, Calif. - The Ontario Reign, proud affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, announced that defenseman Patrick Mullen has been assigned to the Reign by the Manchester Monarchs and defenseman Colten Teubert has been assigned to the Reign by the Los Angeles Kings.

Mullen, 23, appeared in 36 games in his rookie season with the Monarchs, recording eight points (3g, 5a) and 14 penalty minutes. Prior to joining the Monarchs, the Pittsburgh, PA native spent four seasons with the University of Denver, registering 81 points (20g, 61a) and 148 penalty minutes in 152 games with the Pioneers.

Teubert, 20, appeared in 60 games with the Regina Pats (WHL) this season, recording 40 points (10g, 30a) and 115 penalty minutes in his fifth season with the club. The White Rock, BC native was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the first round (thirteenth overall) of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. The reassignment marks the defenseman's second stint in Ontario, where he played in eight regular season matches and six playoff games with the Reign last season.
