Promotions Galore for Griffins' Three Games in Five Nights

Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011 vs. Hamilton Bulldogs

Time: 7 p.m. at Van Andel Arena (doors open at 6 p.m.).

Hockey Night: Wednesday is Hockey Night! Through a partnership between the Griffins, the Downtown Development Authority, the Arena District and several sponsors, fans attending any Wednesday game this season can show their tickets to receive drink specials and 20% off food at participating Arena District restaurants and bars, both before and after the game. Winning Wednesday: All fans who were in attendance for the Griffins' 3-2 win over Hamilton on Jan. 5 can redeem their ticket stubs for free tickets to this game. Furthermore, if the Griffins beat the Bulldogs, each fan in attendance can redeem their ticket stub for a free ticket to the Griffins' game on Wednesday, March 16 against Oklahoma City. If the Griffins win, the box office will be open following the game for redemptions. Fans may also redeem their stubs at The Zone during business hours (M-F 10-6; Sat. 10-2) and at the box office the night of March 16.

Library Night: Fans who present their Grand Rapids Public Library card or Kent District Library card at the Van Andel Arena box office on the day of the game or at The Zone anytime during the store's regular business hours (M-F 10-6; Sat. 10-2) can purchase a lower bowl ticket for just $10 - a savings of $7! Limit four tickets per card per person.

Reading Goals: Children with Griff's Reading Goals bookmarks who have completed the required three hours of reading can redeem their bookmark for two free upper level tickets to this game.

Post-Game Party: Join us at Peppino's downtown after the game to meet Griffins players and coaches and enjoy $2 drafts and a special Griffins buffet.

Friday, Feb. 18, 2011 vs. Texas Stars

Time: 7 p.m. at Van Andel Arena (doors open at 6 p.m.).

Dollar Beers, Dollar Dogs: The ever-popular promotion runs from 6-8 p.m., when fans can enjoy $1 domestic drafts and $1 hot dogs while supplies last.

Vows at the Van: Sponsored by Siegel Jewelers. Todd Bush and Tina Bronkema, who got engaged three years ago at a Griffins game, will exchange wedding vows at center ice during the first intermission.

College Night: Presented by Chemical Bank, college students can show their ID to purchase a lower bowl ticket for $12 (or $10 in advance at The Zone) and stop by the McFadden's concourse table to receive a free pass to the post-game party at McFadden's.

Get in the D-ZONE: Every Friday night is a Griffins GRD-Zone Friday night. Avoid the concession lines and get your $1 beers and $1 hot dogs served to you in your seats! Sunday, Feb. 20, 2011 vs. Peoria Rivermen

Time: 4 p.m. at Van Andel Arena (doors open at 3 p.m.).

Sunday is Fun Day!: Fans can enjoy $1 Cole's breadsticks and $1 Pepsi products from 3-5 p.m.

CrazyBand and Jersey Card Giveaway: The first 4,000 kids in attendance will receive a Zamboni CrazyBand, while the first 1,500 fans will receive a Mattias Ritola jersey card presented by One Communications.

Jaded 8: Fans will be treated to live music from Jaded 8 prior to the game on the concourse and during each intermission.
