
Playoff Tickets Go On Sale Today At 9:00 A.M.

HERSHEY - The 2009 Calder Cup Champion HERSHEY BEARS announced today that tickets for the first two home games of the 2010 Calder Cup playoffs will go on sale Friday, April 2 at 9:00 a.m. The announcement was made today by BEARS President/GM Doug Yingst.
HERSHEY, who won the 2009 Calder Cup by defeating the Manitoba Moose four games to two last June, will begin its playoff defense of last year's championship with Game 1 of the East Division Semi-Finals on Wednesday, April 14 at 7:00 p.m. Game 2 of the best-of-seven first round matchup will be Friday, April 16 at 7:00 p.m. Both games will be at Giant Center. HERSHEY'S first round opponent has not yet been determined, but the BEARS will play the fourth seeded team in the East as the 16-team postseason gets underway.
Tickets for the first two home playoff games at Giant Center go on sale Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. at the Giant Center box office, or by calling (717) 534-3911.
The BEARS look to set a new AHL record for most wins in a single season Friday, taking on the Rochester Americans at Blue Cross Arena at 7:05 p.m. The Chocolate and White tied a league record Wednesday by winning its 57thgame at Syracuse against the Crunch. HERSHEY returns home to face Syracuse Saturday at Giant Center. Tickets are on sale now at the Giant Center box office, or by calling (717) 534-3911. The BEARS will play its final regular season home game Sunday at 6:00 p.m. against the Norfolk Admirals.
