MANCHESTER, NH - The Monarchs Care Foundation, the charitable arm of the Manchester Monarchs, and E&R Cleaners delivered coats to the Manchester Community Resource Center, New Horizons and The Salvation Army's Kids Café today. The coats were collected at the fifth annual Teaming Up For Warmth Coat Drive at the Monarchs game on November 7. E&R Cleaners donated their services ensuring that all coats were cleaned and ready for delivery today.

Monarchs' defenseman Davis Drewiske and right wing Kevin Westgarth delivered the coats to the Manchester Community Resource Center this afternoon.

"With yesterday's snow fall, winter is here and there are several members of our community that need assistance staying warm in these frigid temperatures," explained Monarchs Senior Vice President Cheryl Abbott. "We thank our fans and the community for their help in keeping families warm this winter and contributing to another successful coat drive."

The Monarchs host the Albany River Rats at the Verizon Wireless Arena in a 7:30 p.m. contest on Friday, December 12. Manchester is currently on a five-game road winning streak.
