
Olivier Latendresse Reassigned To Hamilton

Montreal, QC - Montreal Canadiens General Manager Bob Gainey announced today that forward Olivier Latendresse has been reassigned from the Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL to the Hamilton Bulldogs.
Latendresse, a 22-year-old native of LaSalle, Quebec has played in 23 games for the Cyclones and currently leads the team and is second in the ECHL in points with 33 (18 goals, 15 assists). In 2007-2008, the older brother of Canadiens forward Guillaume Latendresse, split the season between the San Antonio Rampage, the Cyclones and the Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League. The 5-foot-9, 190-pound centre accumulated three points (one goal, two assists) in seven games with the Rampage and 52 points (22 goals, 30 assists) in 37 games with the Sundogs before coming to Cincinnati and posting 35 points (seven goals, 28 assists) in 24 games. Latendresse also won the Kelly Cup with the Cyclones last season as he registered 19 points (seven goals, 12 assists) in all 22 post-season games with the club.
The Hamilton Bulldogs host the Peoria Rivermen for a 7:30 p.m. match-up on Thursday, December 11th at Copps Coliseum before traveling to Ricoh Coliseum to battle their North Division archrival the Toronto Marlies at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 14th. Fans can listen to every 'Dogs game on the flagship station of the Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Network, TALK 820.
