(Boise, ID) - The "here today, gone tomorrow" season of Trevor Ludwig continued on Saturday when the 24-year-old defenseman was recalled by the AHL's Texas Stars after skating for the Steelheads on Friday night.
The transaction marks the third time already this season that Ludwig has been recalled from Idaho by Texas - with his last two stays in Idaho lasting exactly one game each. He has played a total of 14 games with Idaho, scoring one goal and adding five assists.
Taking Ludwig's spot on the roster is forward Patrick Asselin.
