December 1, 2005 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Hamilton Bulldogs News Release

Montreal Canadiens General Manager Bob Gainey announced today that the team has recalled right-winger Andrei Kostitsyn from the Hamilton Bulldogs. Kostitsyn, 20, has played in all 24 games for the Bulldogs this season, posting 16 points (five goals, 11 assists) and 24 penalty minutes. The native of Novopolotsk, Belarus, has recorded at least one point in his last five games with Hamilton, totaling eight points (one goal, seven assists) during that stretch.

The Bulldogs next game will take place on Friday, December 2, when the Toronto Maple Leafs AHL Affiliate, the Toronto Marlies, visit Copps Coliseum for the third time this season. Both teams will be wearing specialty jerseys honouring the rivalry between the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the Toronto Argonauts. Tiger-Cat and Argonaut players and alumni will be in attendance. Game time is at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are available at Copps Coliseum Box Office (in-person sales only), any Ticketmaster outlet, online at ticketmaster.ca, or at Sports Obsession in Jackson Square.
