Kashirsky And Kroll Return From AHL

North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays and Head Coach Cail MacLean announced today that forward Nikita Kashirsky and defenseman Johann Kroll have returned from Springfield and Grand Rapids of the American Hockey League.

Kashirsky, 24, appeared in nine games with the Springfield Falcons scoring one goal and two assists for three points. The rookie forward from Moscow, Russia returns to the Stingrays tied for fourth on the team and eighth among ECHL rookies with 30 points (17g, 13a) in 33 games.

Kroll, 25, skated in two games with the Grand Rapids Griffins registering no points and two penalty minutes. The Plymouth, MN native has one goal and six assists for seven points in 24 games with the Stingrays this season.

The Stingrays welcome the Kalamazoo Wings to North Charleston Coliseum for the first time ever tonight, January 15 at 7:05 p.m. Tonight is $2 Beer Night at the Coliseum, but be sure to arrive early because the beer special only lasts until the end of the first period.
