READING, PA - November 20, 2015 - The Elmira Jackals, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres and the AHL's Rochester Americans, head to Santander Arena in Reading, P.A. for tonight's DeMet's Candy Challenge Cup matchup against the Royals.

MAGNIFYING THE MATCHUP
The Jackals and Royals continue their DeMet's Candy Challenge Cup series with a home-and-home weekend set starting tonight at Santander Arena in Reading, P.A. and concluding tomorrow night in Elmira at First Arena. These two meetings mark the fourth and fifth meetings of 12 overall this season. In the last meeting, the Royals exacted revenge from a 7-2 dismantling in their home opener, courtesy of the Jackals, with an 8-3 route on October 28th. Rookie forward Cason Hohmann leads the Jackals with six points (one goal, five assists) in three games against the Royals this season. Colin Jacobs leads the team with three goals and a plus-five rating in those three meetings against Reading. Elmira holds a 51-52-12 all-time record against the Royals and the second annual DeMet's Candy Challenge Cup series is 2-1 in favor of Reading.
