
Jackals Announce Roster Changes

The Elmira Jackals announced Friday that they have loaned Maxime Gratchev to the Rochester Americans of the AHL. The Jackals have also signed defenseman Alex Dzielski to a contract and signed forward Rusty Masters to an amateur tryout agreement.
As one of the Jackals' two All-Stars this season, Gratchev has 17 points and 24 assists in 40 games with Elmira.
Gratchev has played 11 games with the Americans in 2009-2010, recording two goals and two assists.
Masters, who recently finished his final season with the Elmira College Soaring Eagles, skated in one game with the Jackals this season.
Dzielski, a rookie who skated in the OHL with the Oshawa Generals in 2009-2010, has recorded five penalty minutes in four games with the Jackals this season.
The Jackals will host the Florida Everblades in the first round of the playoffs on Friday, Apr. 9 at 7:35 p.m., Saturday, Apr. 10 at 7:35 p.m., and Sunday, Apr. 11 at 4:05 p.m. The Jackals will open the series in Estero, Fla. on Tuesday, Apr. 6 and Wednesday, Apr. 7. The series is best-of-five, with the first two games in Florida and the last three in Elmira.
Season ticket holders wishing to purchase their playoff tickets may do so beginning at 10 a.m. today by visiting the First Arena Box Office or by calling (607) 734-PUCK (7825). The deadline for season ticket holders to reserve the same location for the playoffs as their season seats is this Saturday at 2 p.m.
On Monday at 10 a.m., individual game tickets will go on sale to the general public. Tickets for each playoff game cost $20, $15, and $14 depending on seat location. When sales open for individual tickets, fans may call (607) 734-PUCK (7825), visit the First Arena Box Office, or log onto First Arena's page on Ticketmaster.com.
