
Isotopes Set All-Time Single-Game Attendance Record: 16,229 Fans

A franchise-record 16,229 fans flocked to Isotopes Park this evening, establishing a new mark for single-game attendance.
The throng is the first of what could very well be a record-setting series as the Isotopes host the Iowa Cubs in a four-game set this holiday weekend. Tonight's game featured a post-game fireworks extravaganza and is the first of three straight nights of post-game fireworks at Isotopes Park.
"All we can say is, 'WOW'," said Isotopes General Manager John Traub. "What an unbelievable night this was. It is certainly among the most memorable events we've ever hosted at Isotopes Park. We can't thank the fans enough for their continued support of their beloved Isotopes."
Tonight was the second time in the Isotopes' 11-year history that they surpassed the 16,000-mark in a single-game.
