March 30, 2011 - ECHL (ECHL)
Alaska Aces News Release

Alaska Aces defenseman, Mark Isherwood has been named to the 2010-2011 ECHL All-Rookie Team, the Aces and ECHL announced on Wednesday morning. The All-Rookie team was determined in a vote of ECHL coaches, who were asked to select a goaltender, two defensemen and three forwards. Isherwood leads all rookie defensemen in goals and points. The Western Conference Champion Aces close the 2010-2011 regular season campaign with three games in Victoria this week, beginning Wednesday night. They will return home in mid-April for Games 1 & 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals. For more information, and the latest promotional news and updates, fans can visit the Aces at their Facebook page for more information, or call the Aces at 907.258.ACES.

Isherwood, 22, has 34 points (14g, 20a) in 67 games this season. A native of Abbotsford, British Columbia, Isherwood has developed into a scoring threat as the year has progressed.
