He and the Air Force were eliminated on Friday when they lost 2-1 in overtime to Yale, the top-seeded team in the tournament. While in Abbsotsford, Sinkewich was reunited with Aces forward Tyler Ruegsegger, who remains with the Heat. Sinkewich scored in his last Aces game, and the stay-at-home defenseman has furnished eight points (2g, 6a) and a +18 rating this season - tied for third on the Aces.
