The Iowa Stars weekly radio show, Iowa Stars Weekly, will not air today December 18th. Also due to the Holiday season, Iowa Stars Weekly will not return to Kreiger's Hometown Sports Grill in West Des Moines till January 8th at 6:00 PM.

Stars TV Show Airs This Week
DES MOINES, IA - Iowa Stars President John Pettit, in conjunction with Mediacom, announced the schedule for the most recent edition of the Iowa Stars television show, Iowa Stars Extra.
The Stars current version of Iowa Stars Extra will air on Mediacom this Monday, December 18th. Monday's broadcast time is scheduled for 4:30 PM. The show will also air on Thursday, December 21st at 9:30 PM, and on Friday, December 22nd at 11:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
Upcoming Home Games
The Iowa Stars play four home games over the Holiday season starting with a rematch of last year's West Division Semi-final against the Milwaukee Admirals on December 22nd at 7:05 PM.
December 22nd vs. Milwaukee Admirals, 7:05 PM
Friday is 4 For $40 Night with the Iowa Stars. Bring down the family and get 4 lower bowl tickets for only $40. Also the first 1,500 fans will receive a Free Iowa Stars Santa Hat. Kids also have one more chance to see Santa before the big night.
December 26th vs. Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights, 7:05 PM
Want to take the family out for one more holiday gathering before they leave town? Make your way down to Wells Fargo Arena for Every Kid Gets A Gift Night, Bad Gift Night, and 2 For 1 Tuesday. All kids that attend the game will receive a gift from the Iowa Stars. Fans, bring down an unwanted gift from the holidays, donate it to charity, and receive a discounted ticket to a future Stars game. Students and members of the military remember it is Tuesday which means it is 2 For 1 Tuesday. Bring down your valid school or military ID and get two $21 tickets for the price of one. It's Getaway Tuesday as well. One lucky fan in attendace will win round trip airfare for two to Las Vegas courtesy of Allegiant Air.
December 30th vs. Milwaukee Admirals, 7:05 PM
The Milwaukee Admirals return to Wells Fargo Arena for the second time in a week to take on the Iowa Stars at 7:05 PM. This will be the second trip the Admirals have made to downtown Des Moines. Make your way down to Wells Fargo Arena and help cheer your Stars on to victory. The Stars will be sporting their Black Third Jerseys for the second time.
December 31st vs. Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights, 7:30 PM
Come and celebrate New Years Eve with the Iowa Stars and ImaginEve. From 2:00 - 6:30 PM take the kids to ImaginEve at Hy-Vee Hall. ImaginEve is the an alcohol free event with inflatables, games, clowns, and much more. Fireworks start at 6:30 PM. After ImaginEve, make your way across the street to Wells Fargo Arena as the Stars take on their Division rivals the Omaha Knights. Kids who attend the ImaginEve event will get a special $5 ticket to the game that night. The world famous ZOOperstars will be in town to entertain the crowd with their wild on-ice act. Special start time for Sunday's game is 7:30 PM.
