This Wednesday, Portland Pirates players Tim Brent and Bruno St. Jacques will be at the Maine State Lottery table inside the Maine Mall near Macy's from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The two players will be spinning the Maine State Lottery wheel, taking photos, and signing autographs.

THE WEEK AHEAD...

Pirates to Deliver Gifts to Local Families

On Tuesday, December 19th Pirates players will deliver gifts purchased by members of the team to local families in need during the holiday season. The Pirates were provided the families through their relationship with the Salvation Army. In total the Pirates will donate close to $1,000 for the families in need.

Pirates to Visit Barbara Bush Children's Hospital

On Thursday, December 21st from 1-2 p.m. the entire Portland Pirates team will make their annual Christmas visit to the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital at Maine Medical Center. During this visit the players will donate gifts, sign autographs and giveaway Pirates tickets.

WCSH 6 Coach's Corner

Head Coach Kevin Dineen recently sat down with Lee Goldberg for a brand new edition of coach's corner now produced and presented by WCSH 6 which can be seen at www.portlandpirates.com.

Eye on the Pirates

Every Thursday during the 6 o'clock news on WCSH 6, sports anchor Lee Goldberg focuses on the Pirates top stories and headlines and previews the upcoming weekend.

Pirates players on WJBQ and WBLM

This Thursday at 8:10 a.m. on WJBQ 97.9 FM Pirates forward Zenon Konopka and other Pirates players will be in studio to talk about the Pirates upcoming home games with Meredith, Jeff and Lori. At 8:30 a.m. the players will also be on WBLM 102.9 FM at 8:30 a.m. with "The Captain" and Celeste.

Gillies on FOX Sports Maine

Every Thursday at 4:25 p.m. tune in to Fox Sports Maine (97.5 FM, 1280 AM and 1450 AM) and hear "The Penalty Box" with host John Brubaker and Pirates forward Trevor Gillies.
