2/8/06 > Long Beach 4 @ Victoria 0

The Ice Dogs made history last Wednesday night, defeating the Victoria Salmon Kings for their 7th consecutive road victory and setting an all-time franchise record. The 4-0 victory also extended the Ice Dogs record over Victoria all-time to 13-0-0. Justin Aikins had two goals and an assist, while Cory Urquhart and Blake Robson also scored. Jaroslav Halak was credited with the win and the shutout, making 27 saves. The Ice Dogs went 2-7 on the power play while holding Victoria to 0-5.

2/10/06 > Long Beach 5 @ Victoria 2

The Ice Dogs kept rolling Friday night, winning their 8th in a row on the road and improving to 14-0-0 against the Salmon Kings. Though Victoria took a 2-0 lead just 36 seconds into the second period, the Ice Dogs rallied for five unanswered goals by Luke Fritshaw, Derick Martin, Cory Urquhart, Justin Aikins and Mac Faulkner. Sean McAslan also had 3 assists. Jaroslav Halak again got the win, this time making 43 saves. The Ice Dogs were 2-6 on the power play while again holding Victoria scoreless at 0-8.

2/11/06 > Long Beach 5 @ Victoria 4 (SO)

Saturday marked the 9th consecutive road victory, and fifth overall, by the Ice Dogs as they escaped with a 5-4 shootout victory in Victoria. It was the first ever point the Salmon Kings have gotten when playing the Ice Dogs, though Long Beach remains a perfect 15-0-0 when taking them on. Steeve Villeneuve had two goals while Christian Larrivee and Sean McAslan each contributed a goal and an assist. Jaroslav Halak won his third in a row, making 32 saves. Long Beach was 1-3 on the power play while Victoria was 2-5.

2/14/06 > Long Beach @ Phoenix

The Ice Dogs will play in Phoenix tonight, with a chance to tie the ECHL record for most consecutive road victories at 10. The Ice Dogs are 5-1-0 versus the Roadrunners this season.

2/17/06 > Long Beach @ Alaska

Friday night the Ice Dogs can make history if they win tonight. A win would earn them the ECHL record for most consecutive road victories at 11, but they must do it against the top team. They are currently 0-3 versus the Aces this season.

2/18/06 > Long Beach @ Alaska

Saturday night the Ice Dogs and Aces will face-off again in the second game of a three-game series at Alaska.

2/19/06 > Long Beach @ Alaska

Sunday will be the third and final game between the Ice Dogs and Aces. It will also conclude a seven game road trip for the Ice Dogs, their longest stretch of the season.
