American Idol contestant William Hung to perform at Long Beach Ice Dogs game Saturday night

LONG BEACH, Calif. - The Long Beach Ice Dogs of the ECHL, a proud affiliate of the Boston Bruins, have announced that former American Idol contestant William Hung will be performing during intermissions at the Ice Dogs' game on March 3, 2007 at the Long Beach Arena when the Ice Dogs host the Idaho Steelheads at 7pm.

Former American Idol contestant, William Hung, will make his return to the Long Beach Arena on Saturday night at 7pm when the Ice Dogs host the Idaho Steelheads on "Long Beach Car Show Night." William will be performing during intermissions and will sign autographs at the conclusion of the hockey game. The Ice Dogs will be holding a Karaoke Contest with prizes to the winner. The first 1000 fans will receive an "Ice Dogs Hot Wheels Car."

The Ice Dogs play at home on Friday and Saturday to finish up their six game home stand. Saturday night's game vs. the Idaho Steelheads starts at 7:00 pm, with doors opening at 6:00pm.
