Grizzlies will Celebrate Olympic Gold Medalist's Autobiographywith Derek Parra Night on Jan. 12th

WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH - Utah Grizzlies Executive Vice-President Jerry McBurney announced today that Monday, January 12th will be "Derek Parra Night" at the 'E' Center" when the Grizzlies host the Milwaukee Admirals. Face-off is scheduled for 7:05 PM

The Olympic gold medalist and Latino pioneer will officially release his autobiography 'Reflections in the Ice - Inside the Heart and Mind of an Olympic Champion' on January 12th at the 'E' Center during the Grizzlies game.

As a part of the evening long festivities of "Derek Parra Night" Zions Bank, in conjunction with Centro de la Familia, will provide 500 local Latino children and their families with an autographed copy of the book, tickets to watch the Grizzlies and the Admirals and a special meet and greet session with Olympic Gold Medalist Derek Parra.

Derek's autobiography is now EXCLUSIVELY on sale at Harmon's Grocery Stores across the Wasatch Front and in St. George.
