The Situation
The Grizzlies went 4-0 last week as they played four games in five nights in California. Utah is currently 26-20-0-4 on the season and is unbeaten in eight of their last nine games. They currently sit in third place in the ECHL's West Division.
Hottest Player In The ECHL
Ryan Kinasewich leads the ECHL in scoring since returning from Bridgeport January 9 tallying 26 points on six goals and 20 assists in 17 games.
Scott Burt's Week In California
With four goals and five assists in four games on the Grizzlies just completed road trip, Scott Burt finished tied for the ECHL's lead in scoring for the week.
Team Scoring
The Grizzlies have scored six or more goals in four of their last seven games, including two games (February 1, February 9) where they scored a season-high of nine goals.
Two More Hat Tricks
Following Justin Johnson and Scott Burt recording hat tricks this past week, the Grizzlies have now had nine players on the season get at least three goals in one game.
Great Goaltending
Mike Mole currently is 15-9-0-3 on the season and has won five-straight games. Nathan Lawson is 11-6-0-1 with Utah and has allowed two goals or less in seven of his 17 starts.
More With Bakersfield
Following Saturday's 9-3 win in Bakersfield, the Condors make their only trip of the year to the E-Center this week for games Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Utah is currently 2-0-0-0 this year versus Bakersfield.
