Game Preview: Rays Honor Zucker Tonight as Team Hosts Mississippi

North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays will host the Mississippi Sea Wolves again tonight at 7:05 p.m. at the North Charleston Coliseum.

Tonight is Post and Courier Hall of Fame Night where the Stingrays will induct former owner Jerry Zucker, who died last April of complications from brain cancer. In addition, the Stingrays have created the Jerry Zucker Community Service Award in honor of the former owner. This year's award will go to Spencer Carbery.

The Stingrays blanked the Sea Wolves last night, 3-0, setting a team record with their eighth shutout of the season. James Reimer, making his third straight start in goal, tossed his second consecutive shutout with a 29-save performance. Travis Morin potted two goals while rookie Mick Berge, Morin's teammate for two years at Minnesota State-Mankato, bagged his first professional marker in his debut.
