Extra, Extra!: With David Freitas going deep and Nate Orf collecting a double last night, San Antonio has now hit at least one extra-base hit in 53 straight games. On the season the Missions have had multiple extra-base hits in 98 of their 110 games.

No Home Slumps: The Missions have been outstanding at Wolff Stadium all season long. Following last night's loss the Missions have now dropped back-to-back home games for just the third time this season. They also lost back-to-back games at home from April 11-12 and June 28-29. The Missions have not dropped three home games in a row at Wolff Stadium since they lost six in a row from August 9-23, 2018.

Stoking The Fire: Troy Stokes Jr. has been hot at the plate for the Missions lately. The left fielder tallied two hits last night and has hit safely in nine of his last 11 games. In those 11 games he is batting .343 (12-for-35) with 6 runs, 6 doubles, 1 home run, and 6 RBI.
