2024 Year in Review

October 9, 2024 - SAN ANTONIO - The San Antonio Missions headed into the 2024 season with high expectations following back-to-back trips to the Texas League Postseason. However, the season was filled with plenty of peaks and valleys including no-hitters, controversial wins and blockbuster trades. 2025 Home Game Times Announced

October 8, 2024 - SAN ANTONIO - The official game times for the San Antonio Missions 2025 season have been announced. The Missions will host the Amarillo Sod Poodles for opening night at 7:05 p.m. on Friday, April 4th. San Antonio will play most of their home games at 7:05 p.m. Sunday games in April and May will be played at 1:05 p.m. Sunday games from June through September will be played at 6:05 p.m. Exceptions to the standard game times are Tuesday, May 6th, Wednesday, May 7th and Thursday, July 3rd. Banana Ball Coming to Wolff Stadium in 2025

October 3, 2024 - SAN ANTONIO - Nelson Wolff Stadium will host Banana Ball on Friday, September 12th and Saturday, September 13th of 2025. This was announced during the Banana Ball World Tour City Draft Thursday night. The Texas Tailgaters will square off against the Party Animals. The headlining team is the Texas Tailgaters. Henry Baez Named Padres MiLB Pitcher of the Year

September 30, 2024 - SAN ANTONIO - The San Diego Padres announced Sunday their 2024 MiLB Player and Pitcher of the Year. Missions pitcher Henry Baez and former Missions outfielder Tirso Ornelas were each recognized for their performances this season. Baez, 21, made 26 starts in 2024 between High-A Fort and San Antonio. He went 7-4 with a 2.99 ERA in his fourth professional season. After joining the Missions in July, Baez went 5-1 across nine starts.
