
Flames Re-assign Krahn to Wranglers

Las Vegas, NV- The Las Vegas Wranglers announced today goaltender Brent Krahn has been re-assigned to Las Vegas by the Calgary Flames.
The Calgary Flames First Round Pick (#9 Overall) in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft will join the Wranglers for his third stint after spending the last three weeks with the Lowell Lock Monsters of the AHL. Krahn played four games with the Lock Monsters going 2-1-1. The Winkler, Manitoba native posted a 1.72 goals against average and a save percentage of .952 in four games with Lowell. In his two previous stints with the Wranglers, Krahn suited up 11 times going 5-4-2 with a 2.49 goals against average and a save percentage of .929. The rookie netminder won five consecutive games for Las Vegas from November 29th to December 27th. In Krahn's absence Marc Magliarditi made 11 consecutive starts.
Las Vegas heads to Fresno to take on the Falcons at 5:00 pm this Sunday. The Wranglers return home to the Orleans Arena on Tuesday, January 27th when they host the San Diego Gulls at 7:05 pm.
