Springfield, MA â The Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League (AHL) today announced that the club has released right wing Billy Tibbetts from his professional tryout agreement.
Tibbetts registered two assists and 25 penalty minutes (PIM) in six games with the Falcons after signing with the team on January 8th.
The Falcons will make their only visit of the season to the GIANT Center to face the Hershey Bears on Wednesday. Catch the live play-by-play call of the action by the voice of the Falcons, Marc Shelanski, on The ZONE â Sports Radio 640. The pre-game show begins at 7:00 pm.
