Dallas Stars Recall Curtis McKenzie

CEDAR PARK, Texas - The Texas Stars, American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL's Dallas Stars, announced today forward Curtis McKenzie has been recalled to Dallas.

McKenzie, 23, returns to the Dallas Stars on his second NHL call-up of the season. He made his NHL debut for Dallas on Oct. 18 against the Philadelphia Flyers.

This season, the 6-foot-2, 205-pound forward has four points in five AHL games for Texas with a pair of goals and assists. He was a sixth-round pick of Dallas in 2009 (159th overall).

The Texas Stars visit the Charlotte Checkers tonight at 6 p.m. CST.
