MEIJER KIDS CLUB GAME

Tonight's Matchup: 24 hours after a hard fought overtime tilt, the Cyclones and Fuel reunite in Downtown Indianapolis for their second-to-last meeting of the regular season. The Fuel captured a 3-2 victory for their third win of the seven 2014-15 get-togethers.

Scouting the Fuel: Scott Hillman's club continues to find success, with wins in five consecutive games. Thanks to their latest successful stretch, they have pulled into a tie with Kalamazoo for fifth in the North Division standings - just two points back of the Cyclones. Veteran Garett Bembridge picked up an assist last night and remains atop Indy's scoring list, notching 35 points (17g, 18a) in 45 games. Kyle Stroh, who set up the OT game-winner last night, ranks second on the club with 32 tallies (16g, 16a) in 49 contests. While he didn't play last night, Mac Carruth has been among the hottest goalies in the ECHL; he's won nine straight starts and owns a 10-9-2-2 record with a 2.48 goals-against average. Shane Owen, who picked up the victory in net last night, is now 10-13-1-0 with a 3.06 GAA.

Last Time Out: Mike Duco scored the game-winning goal on the power play at 2:44 of overtime to lift the Fuel over the Cyclones by a 3-2 final score in front of 6,235 at U.S. Bank Arena last night. Chris Reed and David Pacan each had a pair of points in the defeat.

Movin' Up the Charts: Cyclones goaltender Rob Madore moved up another rung on the club's all-time games-played charts this week. He now sits in fifth place all-time with 56 games in a Cincinnati jersey and is closing in on Chet Pickard, who played 61 tilts between the pipes.

The Closers: The Cyclones have been extremely efficient when holding the edge after two periods this season. Through 46 games, the Clones have amassed a 15-3-0-1 record when ahead of their opponents through 40 minutes of play.
