ALTOONA, PA - The Altoona Curve return home for a fun filled week jam packed with exciting promotions, some of the best entertainment in minor league baseball and it all finishes up with a Father's Day celebration for dad, the family and any others looking to experience all the excitement of Altoona Curve Baseball at Blair County Ballpark. The Curve begin the homestand with a bang on Tuesday June, 16 with post game fireworks for all fans to enjoy. A salute to all things Lincoln will be held on Thursday June, 18 on "Land of Lincoln" night at BCB featuring various penny and fifer promotions to honor a former President and a rising start in Curve Ace Brad Lincoln. June 17 features a Webkins giveaway, on Saturday June 18th the Zooperstars will be appearing and then to conclude the homestand on Father's Day there will be another spectacular fireworks display. So come on out and enjoy your summer with the Altoona Curve at Blair County Ballpark.
Tuesday June 16, 2009 - New Britain Rock Cats at Altoona Curve 7:05 p.m. (Gates open at 6:00 p.m.)
* Two-for-Tuesday featuring two for the price of one tickets, and on hot dogs or popcorn. * Post game Fireworks
Wednesday June 17, 2009 - New Britain Rock Cats at Altoona Curve 7:05 p.m. (Gates open at 6:00 p.m.)
* Win-It Wednesday where the first 2,000 Curve fans in the ballpark receive a guaranteed winning scratch-off ticket
Thursday June 18, 2009 - New Britain Rock Cats at Altoona Curve 7:05 p.m. (Gates open at 6:00 p.m.)
* Land of Lincoln night, As part of this promotions fans can: Buy One Rail King, Diamond Club, or Terrace seat and get a second one for $5, Buy One General Admission Ticket for $5 and get a second one for 1 cent, $5 Merchandise Specials at the Curve Stockyard and Caboose Stores at Blair Co. Ballpark, $5 Combo Meal Deal - Burger, Chips, and Regular Size Drink, People Named Abraham or Lincoln receive a free General Admission ticket, Current Legal Residents of the State of Illinois receive a free General Admission ticket, Fans can Register to Win an Autographed Prize Pack from Brad Lincoln (Jersey, Cap, Ball, and Bat) * Thirsty Thursday: Fans receive half off on small sodas and a select 16 oz draft beer.

* The popular Webkinz will be given away to the first 2,000 fans ages 14 and under who come through the turnstiles.
Saturday June 20, 2009 - Connecticut Defenders at Altoona Curve 7:05 p.m. (Gates open at 6:00 p.m.)
* The loveable Zooperstars will be in town as one of the most entertaining acts in Minor League Baseball will put on a show!
Sunday June 21, 2009 - Connecticut Defenders at Altoona Curve 6:05 p.m. (Gates open at 5:00 p.m.)
* The homestand wraps up against the Defenders with a spectacular post-game fireworks show.
