Tonight will be the ninth and final scheduled regular season encounter between the Kalamazoo Wings and Cincinnati Cyclones. The K-Wings, who are 5-3-0-0 against the Cyclones, have won their last four encounters versus Cincinnati.
The month of February will be a tough stretch for the K-Wings, who will hit the ice 14 times in the 28 days this month. Kalamazoo enters this evening looking to extend a season-long six-game (5-0-0-1) road unbeaten streak.
Winless in their last four games, the Cyclones are looking to snap their second longest losing drought this season. With 42 points, Cincinnati begins the night in third place in the North Division, just one point ahead of Kalamazoo and two points more than the Wheeling Nailers.
