Condors Celebrate Red Ribbon Week with Carnivals & Reading Appearances!
Monday, October 25th - Condors winger Connor James and defenseman Bill Bowlen will be attending Fairview Elementary School's Red Ribbon Week Kick Off Assembly beginning at 1:00 p.m. Fairview Elementary School is located at 425 East Fairview Road in Bakersfield.
Wednesday, October 27th - Condors Director of Community Relations & Development will be a guest speaker at Red Ribbon Week Career Day at Horace Mann Elementary School beginning at 8:00 a.m.. Horace Mann Elementary School is located at 2710 Niles Street in Bakersfield.
Wednesday, October 27th - Condors defenseman Luis Tremblay and winger Brett Lutes will be celebrity readers at Rosedale North Elementary School beginning at 1:00 p.m. Rosedale North Elementary School is located at 11500 Meacham Road in Bakersfield.
Thursday, October 28th - The Condors mascot Colonel Claw'd will be attending the Midway School Red Ribbon Assembly and Pep Rally beginning at 12:00 p.m. Midway School is located at 259 F Street in Fellows.
Thursday, October 28th - Condors defensman Chris Twerdun and goalie Sean Fields will be assisting kids with the Condors Slapshot at the Rio Bravo Elementary School Fall Carnival beginning at 5:00 p.m. Rio Bravo Elementary School is located at 22725 Elementary Lane in Bakersfield.
Thursday, October 28th - Condors forward Todd Alexander will be joined by Condors Director of Community Relations & Development as they attend the MDA Denim & Diamonds Gala beginning at 6:30 p.m. This years event takes place at the Doubletree Hotel located at 3100 Camino Del Rio Court in Bakersfield.
Thursday, October 28th - This week's Condors Coach's Show will have a special guest host, Puck from the Puck Show on KGEO AM 1230. He will be broadcasting "The Puck Show"- beginning at 4:00 p.m. followed immediately by the Condors Coach's Show at 6:00 p.m. Each week the show features Condors Head Coach Marty Raymond and select Condors players. The Condors Coach's Show is a great chance for fans to meet their favorite players as well as win great prizes. The Holiday Inn Select is located at the corner of Truxtun Avenue and Q Street. The show can also be heard live each week on KGEO AM 1230.
Friday, October 29th - The Bakersfield Condors Colonel Claw'd as well as Condors Bill Bowlen and Connor James will be at the College Heights Fall Carnival beginning at 3:00 p.m. College Heights is located at 2551 Sunny Lane in Bakersfield.
Friday, October 29th - The Bakersfield Condors Slapshot as well as Condors Luis Tremblay and Brett Lutes will be at the Sing Lum Elementary School Carnival beginning at 4:00 p.m. Sing Lum Elementary School is located at 4600 Chaney Lane in Bakersfield.
Saturday, October 30th - Bakersfield Condors mascot Colonel Claw'd will be attending Kern County Museum's Safe Halloween 2004 beginning at 6:00 p.m. Kern County Museum is located at 3801 Chester Avenue in Bakersfield.
Sunday, October 31st - Join the Condors at the Olive Drive Church's annual Hallelujah Family Fun Night from 5:30pm - 8:00pm. Olive Drive Church is located at 5500 Olive Drive. For more information contact the church at 393-8210.
Tickets to all Condors home games can be purchased at the Centennial Garden box office open from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays, with extended hours on event days. Tickets may also be purchased by phone through Ticketmaster at 322-2525, online at www.ticketmaster.com, or at any Ticketmaster location.
