Cleveland Monsters Announce 2023-24 Regular Season Schedule Presented by SeatGeek

CLEVELAND - The Cleveland Monsters announced on Wednesday the team's 2023-24 regular season schedule presented by SeatGeek, the club's official ticketing partner, marking the Monsters' 17th AHL season in Cleveland and ninth campaign as the top affiliate of the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets.

Cleveland hits the road to begin the season on Friday, October 14, before returning to the lakefront to host the team's home opener on Friday, October 20, at 7:00 p.m. versus the Syracuse Crunch at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Ohio native Trent Vogelhuber will return behind the bench for his second season as head coach of the Monsters, who unveiled a new brand identity earlier today. The Monsters will play 72 games during the 2023-24 season and remain in the Eastern Conference's North Division alongside the Belleville Senators, Laval Rocket, Rochester Americans, Syracuse Crunch, Toronto Marlies and Utica Comets. The Monsters will face 14 opponents this year, including two new teams from the Atlantic Division in the Hartford Wolf Pack (New York Rangers affiliate) and Providence Bruins (Boston Bruins affiliate). Cleveland will also compete against each of their North Division rivals, four additional Atlantic Division foes in the Charlotte Checkers, Hershey Bears, Lehigh Valley Phantoms and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, and two teams from the Western Conference's Central Division, the Chicago Wolves and Grand Rapids Griffins.

The Monsters' single-game ticket on sale, promotional and broadcast schedules will be released in the near future.
