January 13, 2012 - ECHL (ECHL)
Greenville Swamp Rabbits News Release
GREENVILLE, SC - The Greenville Road Warriors want you to come out for the party tonight when they take on the Gwinnett Gladiators at 7:35 p.m. at the BI-LO Center.
For one night only, tonight, the Road Warriors will don the orange and purple of the Clemson Tigers in recognition of their Atlantic Coast Conference championship football season. The jerseys will then be auctioned off immediately following the game. Fans bidding on the jerseys will have a chance to take their favorite player's jersey home right off of their backs! To sign up for the auction at the game, fans will need to report to the sign-up table located near the Road Warriors Team Store on the BI-LO Center concourse.
After signing up for the auction, be sure to take some time to visit with former Clemson QB/linebacker Patrick Sapp. A former second round National Football League draft pick, and a veteran of four NFL seasons split between San Diego and Arizona, Sapp will meet fans and sign autographs from 6:30 to 7:00. He too, will be set up near the Road Warriors Team Store just behind sections 109 and 110. Keep your eye out, as well, for the Clemson Tiger who will be hanging out with Road Warriors fans throughout the night.
If you have a group of 10 or more coming to the game, there is still time to book a group outing. If you call the Road Warriors at 864-674-PUCK (7825) and book your group you'll get a discount off of the box office price and preferred seating based on availability. Best of all, you won't have to wait in line at the ticket window! You can also save on your night out by picking up a Spinx Family Four-Pack tonight which gets you four tickets, hot dogs, fountain drinks, and bags of chips for $48!
